Ranked #2 on my favorite season, following Fall. Spring is the time when weather finally warms up after the winter months, where many animals start to wake up from their long hibernation, flowers blooms, and fresh leaves sprouts from tree branches that looks almost dead during winter. Case in point, for many, spring is the season of all things pretty. We went for a little walk along the neighborhood the other day and here are some spring captures:

I’m addicted to baking pie. Ever since I learned the art last Thanksgiving from my host family, my potluck staple has been apple pie. It was surprisingly quick and easy to make and everyone loves it, especially me 
.
This easter my host family decided to bake triple berry pie in addition to their usual apple pie. I went to their house the day before to help her bake the apple pie and I watched her doing all the steps on making the triple berry pie. Came easter dinner, we devoured the pies… and the berry pie was delicious! It was so so amazing! So I double checked with her on how to make this pie.
Last Sunday I finally had a chance to make it.. and here’s what happened:
